Premier Division: A thrilling encounter saw Barry Athletic come from behind to beat Cwm Talwg 6-3 and go top of the table. After being 1-0 and 2-1 down respectively, Athletic edged in front and then pulled away thanks to a man of the match performance from Morgan Stavert Hawkins, who scored twice and set up another three.
Championship: There was a dominant away performance from Rhoose Social FC, who smashed five past St Athan Reserves without reply to stay top of the table, Mylo Case scoring a hat trick on his first start for his new club.
Dinas Powys Development came back from a goal down to defeat Vale Athletic away from home in a confident 4–2 win to make it three wins from three.
There was a comfortable win for Barry Athletic Reserves as they saw off AFC Rhoose Reserves, Reuben Hopkins with a hat trick in a 4-0 win.
Cardiff Airport Vets used their experience to secure a solid home win, having to come from behind twice to beat Island Marine Reserves 4-2 and pick up their first win after two draws. Darren Townsend scored twice for the Vets.
A narrow home victory for Peterston Super Ely FC saw them edge out Cowbridge Town 2-1 in a tight contest, Jon Wooten scoring the winner late on as Peterston picked up their first win of the season.
League One: Sparta Park kept their perfect record as they came out 5-3 winners over Penarth Town Development. Gareth Griffiths notched a hat trick as Park stayed top of the league.
The biggest win of the day came from Llantwit Major Thirds as they got a measure of payback against FC Barry after they dumped them out of the cup last week, with a 7-1 win. Tomas Adams scored twice and set up three more as Llantwit romped to victory.
The points were shared in an island derby as Barry Athletic Development came from behind twice for a share of the points in a 2-2 draw with Island Marine FC Development.
St Athan Development picked up their first win of the campaign with a 2-1 win over Holton Road Reserves. Rocco Thompson scored twice to ensure all three points.
Ely Rangers FC Reserves Wenvoe came from two goals down to snatch a point in a 2–2 draw with Vale of Glamorgan Rovers.
This weekend also saw the start of the SWFA Cup. Several Vale league clubs got a bye into round two but a few were in action. Island Marine progressed with a 3-0 win over Croeserw Athletic from Port Talbot, while AFC Rhoose went out to Cardiff side Clwb Sparta 0-3. Vale Madrid also bowed out with a 4-3 defeat to Aberystwyth Exiles from the Cardiff league.
