55 PCNs issued in Barry Island
Vale Council Enforcement Officers have issued 55 Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for a variety of parking contraventions in Barry Island yesterday (Saturday, 5th March).
The PCNs were for offences ranging from exceeding limited waiting restrictions, double-parking, parking on zig-zags and parking where waiting is prohibited.
A spokesperson from the council said: “It was a busy day at Barry Island.”
