Arrests made after the bodies of two babies discovered:
South Wales Police (SWP) has commenced an investigation after the bodies of two babies were discovered on Saturday evening.
Officers from the force were called to the house in Wildmill, Bridgend, just before 8.00pm on 26th November.
A 29-year-old woman and two men aged 37 and 47 have been arrested on suspicion of concealing the birth of a child and remain in police custody.
An investigation is ongoing and police detectives are keen to hear from anyone with any information. It is also believed that SWP have now set up a cordon at the property with forensic officers in attendance.
Superintendent Marc Attwell said: “This is very distressing incident, and we are appealing for anyone with information, to please get in touch.
“There will be a visible police presence in the area as extensive enquiries continue and we encourage anyone with information or concerns to talk to officers.”
