Council consults public over play area improvements
The Vale of Glamorgan Council is asking for local opinion and suggestions as it plans to carry out improvements to a popular children’s play area in Barry.
The Council says it is making a “significant investment” at Porthkerry Country Park and has set up a short online form as it consults the public for ideas.
A spokesperson commented: “The Council has allocated monies for a significant investment in the play area at Porthkerry Country Park in Barry.
“We would like to hear your views and suggestions to help develop enhancements for this area.
“It is anticipated that the upgrade will be undertaken at the end of 2022/early 2023.”
