Two young Cowbridge brothers take on charity challenges
TWO brothers who are pupils at Y Bont Faen Primary School in Cowbridge are taking on charity challenges this summer.
Ollie and Jonny Bulleid will take on two different challenges – hundreds of miles apart and, as Ollie’s is weather dependent, they aim to complete them on a suitable date between July 29 and August 15.
Ollie’s task is to sail the length of Coniston Water in the Lake District solo – a distance of five miles. Quite a challenge for a primary school pupil. He is raising funds for Y Bont Faen Primary and also The Dogs Trust.

Meanwhile, Jonny will be staying closer to home and will be skateboarding from Penarth to Cardiff Bay – a distance of 1.5 miles. He is raising money for the school and also the RNLI.
