New priest joins Cowbridge Ministry
A NEW priest, Rev Ross Pilliner, has joined the Cowbridge Ministry Area, and a service was recently held at Holy Cross Church to welcome him.
He told the Glamorgan Star: “I was born and brought up in Neath and went on to study History at Swansea University before working for my local MP, and later for an insurance company in Cardiff.
“I’m delighted to be joining the Cowbridge Ministry Area and I’m really looking forward to getting to know people and becoming part of the local community. I’ve already received an extremely warm welcome, for which I’m very grateful.
“My wife Georgiana is a GP, and we have two young children, Henry, aged three, and Clara, aged one, who certainly keep us on our toes!
“More than anything, I’m excited about the opportunity to share the love and mercy of God and the deep hope we can have in Him.”
