Police appeal for information on missing teenager
POLICE have issued an urgent appeal for information on the whereabouts a missing teenager from Bridgend.
Seren Lowe, aged 16, is believed to have links to both Barry and Cardiff, and is described as being of mixed race, slim build, 5ft 4in tall with long black hair and a nose piercing.
South Wales Police are asking for any information or sightings of Seren by using the following methods quoting ref: *360715.
