POLICE are appealing for information following an alleged Bank Holiday Monday attempted shop robbery in Penarth.
The suspect entered the Spar shop in Brockhill Way at around 1.30pm on Monday 31st August and it is alleged he demanded money. He left empty handed after a shop worker refused.
A spokesperson for South Wales Police (SWP) said: “The suspect, who is described as middle aged and white, was wearing a baseball cap, a medical-type facemask, an orange top, and dark trousers.
“Anyone who recognises him or the individual himself is asked to contact South Wales Police quoting 2600286141.”
