Two men charged following serious assault
Two men have been charged in connection with a serious assault outside the Spar shop on Queen Street, Cardiff.
A 24-year-old man suffered possibly life-changing injuries as a result of the incident just before 10.00pm on Monday 29th November.
While two men have been charged, detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances.
CCTV footage shows there was a large crowd present and some appeared to be filming on their mobile phones.
