Would you know where your nearest lifesaving defibrillator was in an emergency?
St John Ambulance is urging people to familiarise themselves with defibrillator locations in the Vale of Glamorgan, and provides training on how to use them.
The organisation runs free two-hour training course to learn CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) and how to use defibrillators. Anyone over the age of seven can attend. St John Ambulance also provides occasional group training courses. Training courses can be organised by emailing:

- Note 2: If a key code is required for a defibrillator, ring 999 and ask the call handler for the key code.
