The Barry Community Choir is holding a new members’ evening on Wednesday, 22nd June, 6.00pm to 7.30pm, at St John’s Methodist Church, Breaksea Drive, Barry Island, CF62 5TR.
Choir organiser Sheila Vaquerizo said: “Are you interested in singing, wondering what a choir is all about – or maybe you haven’t sung since school?
“Then come and join us for a free fun evening and find out why we sing. The benefits of singing with other people are greater now than ever, including making new friends, improving health, body and mind, and being able to ‘switch off’ for an hour-and-a-half every Wednesday!
“We’ll provide the music if you bring the voice. For further information, please email or call Sheila on 07932 523415.”
