THE 1st Llantwit Major Cubs and Beavers recently took a trip to their local Fire Station where four firefighters kindly gave up their evening to show them around and talk about fire safety.
Spokeswoman Hayley Breen said: “They were shown all the equipment, the truck and we even got to use the hose. The Cubs and Beavers had a wonderful evening and learned so much. We possibly have a few future firefighters in our group.
“Thank you to all the members of the Llantwit Major Fire Brigade for showing us around and keeping us safe in our community.”
