PUPILS in year-one at Jenner Park Primary School in Barry recently were given child-sized high-visibility jackets by local business A Class Apart.
The jackets will allow the children to take on their new responsibilities as ‘Outdoor Inspectors’ – ensuring their outdoor area is cared for and enjoyed.
Class teacher Mrs Williams said: “We are extremely grateful to Emma at A Class Apart for her generous support. The children are so excited to wear their jackets and are already taking their new role very seriously. This partnership with a local business shows how, when schools and the community work together, it creates real benefits for our pupils.”
