Pencoed RFC look back on a good year
AT Pencoed RFC’s end-season presentation evening, team manager Richard Harries, looked back on the year.
He said: “As we wrap up another season in the red, white and blue, we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who makes this club what it is.
“To our players — for the effort, the commitment, the hits, the graft, and the pride you show every week.
“To our coaches — Sean Donovan, Marc Davies and Steve Roberts — for the hours you put in behind the scenes, the standards you set, and the belief you give the boys.
“To our volunteers and helpers — Andrea Painter, Larry Weaver and Gareth Bishop — your work is the heartbeat of this club. Nothing happens without you.
“To our captains — Morgan Jones and Connor Jones — leading from the front together, first cousins and first class. And to Rams Captain Tom Daniel, setting the tone for the next generation.
“And to our sponsors — thank you for standing with us, backing us, and helping us grow on and off the field. Your support keeps this club moving forward, and we’re proud to represent your names every time we pull on the jersey. This season has been full of effort, pride, and proper Pencoed spirit.”
