Soft services provider crowned ‘Family Business of the Year 2021 for Wales’
The soft services provider, covering Wales and the south west, received the award following a virtual awards ceremony, hosted by Family Business United.
It has been a busy few months for A&R Services, after securing a contract with one of Wales’ largest businesses, Welsh Water, alongside additional growth with established businesses such as the Monmouthshire Building Society and South Wales Argus, the business continues to go from strength to strength.

After recently celebrating their 11th year in business, the team recently welcomed their 320th member of staff to the ever-expanding work family. The business has some exciting growth plans for the rest of 2021 and is well on course to hit its projected turnover of £5 million.
