The nursery and year one children at All Saints Primary in Barry recently had some very special visitors.
Animals Interactive is a family-run company that travels across Wales and England providing interactive and educational experiences to all ages. The company visited the school and brought with them some fantastic animals to introduce to the children.
Alex from Animals Interactive shared some interesting facts on some of the beautiful creatures that we can find in wildlife and welcomed some inquisitive questions from the children.
In addition to learning about the huge selection of animals, the children were thrilled to be able to handle some of the animals for themselves. These animals ranged from rabbits to snakes to lizards. They even had the opportunity to hold a skunk and meet some meerkats!
The children showed so much interest during this workshop. Their maturity and inquisitiveness made their teachers beam with pride.
