EMERGENCY services were called to Broad Street, in Barry, after a 42-year-old man fell from a balcony, today Tuesday 17th August.
The incident happened around 10.00am.
He was taken to University Hospital of Wales, in Cardiff, with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
South Wales Police, on Twitter, said: “Officers provided care and aid to the male until the arrival air ambulance. Thanks to the multi-agency response the male is now receiving medical treatment.”
