Special club celebrates its 43rd year
The Cowbridge (Gateway) Monday Club recently celebrated its 43rd annual dinner at The Bear Hotel, Cowbridge, where a wonderful time was had by all.
The club meets monthly and is for people with a learning disability who are aged 16+ and who live in the Vale of Glamorgan area.
A Monday Club spokesperson said: “A huge thank you to the Llantwit Major with Cowbridge Lions and The Cowbridge Rotary Club for their generous donations and continuous support, along with The Emerald Lodge.
A thank you also goes to all the local business that donated raffle prizes which raised over £500 on the night.”
