BARRY Town Council’s free family fun day will be returning later this month on Thursday, 27th August, in Central Park and King Square, 11am to 4pm.
Visitors can enjoy a programme of fantasy-themed entertainment and interactive workshops, including dragons, falconry, archery, medieval knights, storytelling sessions, giant family games, NERF activities, arts and crafts, gaming workshops, virtual reality experiences, cyber security activities and much more. King Square will host a selection of food, drink, craft and market stalls.
The Leader of Barry Town Council, Cllr Bronwen Brooks, said: “This year’s fantasy theme promises a day filled with imagination, adventure and hands-on experiences for all ages. We’re proud to provide a free event with a wide range of affordable activities that everyone can enjoy together.
“Whether you’re meeting dragons, learning new skills or taking part in creative workshops, we hope families will spend the day making lasting memories.”
